I need a new job that I like before this one drives me to booze! I’ve never hated customer service before. Never. But so many people who call here are asses. And the company expects us to help them but gives us no tools to do it. They are out of touch. I need to get out of here. STAT.

It's Valentines Day!
I don’t buy into the whole “shower your loved ones with expensive gifts just two months after Christmas and right before tax season” philosophy, I do enjoy having a day to reflect on those I love and why.

Customer Service Rep: Maybe I'm not hearing correctly, can you repeat it for me once more?
Caller: Z123!!!
Customer Service Rep: I'm sorry, I have something different listed. Let me try to verify something else. Can I get your address?
